MeSO Membership is a 12-month membership. When you first join, you pay $199.90 — a $190 enrollment fee plus your first month at $9.90 — and $9.90 is billed monthly after that. Your confirmed membership rate will apply throughout your membership term. Promotional pricing may be available from time to time, and any applicable promotional price will be shown when you enroll.

When you join, you'll consent to automatic billing and register at least one payment card. You'll receive a confirmation email right away, and your card will be charged on the same date each month. You can change your card anytime. If a payment is unsuccessful, we'll notify you and continue to attempt payment. Your membership benefits will be temporarily paused while there is an outstanding balance. The membership term will continue as scheduled and will not be paused or extended due to a missed payment. Once all outstanding membership fees are paid, your benefits will be restored, including any benefits you became eligible for during the paused period.

To join MeSO Club, you’ll need to download the MeSO app. You can sign up directly through the app, or visit MeSO Medspa for a consultation and complete your enrollment through the app. Your membership activates as soon as payment is complete. Member pricing and 2% MeSO Credit apply to bookings from the day you join. Your welcome gift box is provided upon joining — if you sign up through the app, you’ll receive it on your first visit. Treatment perks are provided according to the applicable treatments and schedule.

MeSO Club requires a minimum 3-month commitment. If you cancel before completing the minimum commitment period, a $19.80 early cancellation fee will apply. After the commitment period, you can cancel anytime at no extra cost. You can cancel directly in the app or ask our staff in person. Enrollment fees and monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, and rejoining later requires a new enrollment fee. Where applicable law grants cancellation or refund rights, we follow the law.

MeSO Membership does not renew automatically. Before your membership term ends, you'll have the opportunity to choose whether you'd like to renew. If you renew, the enrollment fee is waived. For your first eligible renewal, you'll also receive a Renewal Reward equal to the eligible enrollment fee you originally paid, issued as MeSO Credit. The Renewal Reward is available only once, at your first eligible renewal, and is not redeemable as a cash refund. Eligibility and use are subject to the renewal terms provided at that time.

Your benefits depend on timing. Once, when you first join — enrollment fee discount, welcome gift box, and the Aqua Facial event. Anytime while your membership is active — member-only pricing on all MeSO treatments, 2% MeSO Credit on every treatment, complimentary ProNox for Ultherapy Prime treatments (after a medical consultation), regular MeSO AI facial scans, and member-only time deals, events, and MeSO Club Day. At set points in your term — the month-4 and month-7 benefits, and the Renewal Reward (once, at your first renewal, as MeSO Credit).

The 65P MeSO Credit provided in month 4 does not expire while your membership is active and remains usable for 60 days after your membership ends or is cancelled. The month-7 MeSO Signature Facial (Aqua) benefit must be used within 90 days of being issued — it expires if unused within that period or if your membership ends or is cancelled.

MeSO Credit issued as a Renewal Reward can be used while your membership remains active. If your membership later ends or is cancelled, any remaining Renewal Reward Credit may be used for 60 days from the membership end date. Any unused balance will expire after that period. Credit use is also subject to the MeSO Store Credit Agreement & Policy.

You may register one friend or family member once to share your membership pricing. Once registered, the shared person cannot be replaced with someone else and will receive member-only pricing only. MeSO Credit and all other personal membership benefits are available only to the primary member. If the registered person later enrolls in their own MeSO Club membership, their shared benefit will end, and you cannot register a new person in their place.

You earn 2% MeSO Credit on eligible treatment payments while your membership is active. Once earned, eligible credit can be used toward designated treatments and products. You can check your available balance in the MeSO app. If your membership ends or is cancelled, any remaining eligible Membership Credit may be used for 60 days from the membership end date. Any unused balance subject to this condition will expire after 60 days. Paid credits and promotional or Membership Credits may be subject to different terms. Credit use and expiration are also governed by the MeSO Store Credit Agreement & Policy.
